Infinite Water

Infinite Water is an Australian company who's mission is to make drinking water and wastewater treatment more affordable, accessible and sustainable, globally. The company wanted to communicate its specialist and innovative capabilities to provide bespoke solutions to water and wastewater challenges, no matter how complex, or the industry.

The custom website was designed and developed while I worked at Hello Again, based in Byron Bay.

Raindrum

Raindrum (part of the First Light Healthcare Group) is a boutique private health, wellness and rehabilitation facility in the beautiful Northern Rivers and Byron Bay Hinterland. They required a website that was clean, minimal and showcased the location and premium services offered.

First Light Healthcare

I worked on the rebrand of and very established and trusted Medical Centre in Byron Bay. The rebrand entailed multiple touch points, including signage for the various medical centre locations, and a mockup for a new website.

Hello Again

Hello Again is a leading-edge web and app development studio, based in Byron Bay. While I was working here, I set to designing a site that showcased the team's exceptional design and web development capabilities, an in-depth understanding of start-ups, and an appetite for innovation and radical thinking.

A case study

While I was working at TripADeal as Senior Designer/UX, I undertook a course with General Assembly in UX Design.

I chose the then (2019) TripADeal ecommerce site as my project case study.

Based on User Research, there were 2 main areas of focus for improvement of UX & UI.

  • The mobile responsiveness of the homepage provided a poor mobile experience

  • Compared to all other travel booking sites, the search function was too basic and didn’t offer enough functionality or filters

These two problems were compelling reasons to propose a total redesign, and to create a new search UI that was more meaningful to our customers, and mobile first.

The desktop prototype demonstrates the new search functionality, based on the mobile first version.

New UI on mobile adopted an "app" look and feel.
